We set up online rent payments that go straight to your own bank account, give tenants a portal with automatic reminders, send you a monthly income and expense report, and handle repair requests with our own crew. You keep the lease and the money. We do not lease units or hold rent.

APEX CORE LLC is an Illinois company based at 4455 N Newcastle Ave, Harwood Heights, formed in 2026. The owner, Yerassyl Kairgeldy, spent two years in Chicago doing home repair, maintenance and post-renovation cleanup before starting the company.
This policy explains what information APEX CORE LLC ("APEX CORE", "we") collects through this website and when you request or receive our cleaning services, and how we use it.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives your payment details directly.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We keep job and invoice records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, usually up to seven years. Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to adminapexcore@apexcore.llc. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
This website is for business customers and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

These terms apply to cleaning, haul-away and minor repair services provided by APEX CORE LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("APEX CORE", "we"), to the customer named on the quote ("you").
Each job is performed under a written quote that lists the property, the services and the price. A quote is valid for 30 days. If the condition of the property differs materially from what was described or shown, we will tell you before starting and offer a revised quote. Work outside the quoted scope is done only with your approval.
You confirm that you own or manage the property or are authorized to order services for it. You will provide access, working water and electricity, and tell us about known hazards. Please remove or secure valuables and fragile items before the visit.
We invoice on completion. Invoices are payable within 7 days by the payment methods shown on the invoice. Recurring building contracts are invoiced monthly. Overdue balances may delay further scheduled work.
You may reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if our crew cannot get access at the scheduled time, a $50 trip fee may apply.
If an item on the agreed checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of completion, with photos where possible, and we will return to correct it at no charge. Prepaid work that has not started is refunded in full on cancellation. If we cannot correct a missed item, we will refund the part of the price that relates to it.
You confirm that items you ask us to remove are abandoned or yours to dispose of. We do not remove hazardous materials. Disposal fees for appliances, mattresses and electronics are charged at cost.
Report any damage you believe we caused within 48 hours of the visit. We will repair or pay the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by our negligence. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a job is limited to the price of that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, pre-existing conditions or normal wear.
APEX CORE provides cleaning, haul-away, minor repair and property care services (unit checks, condition reports, contractor access) and rental administration support (payment software setup, reports). We do not provide real estate brokerage or leasing services and we do not collect rent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cook County, Illinois.
